About The Georgia Drone
The Georgia Drone began operations in 2015, starting mainly with residential real estate listings and marketing. In 2017 we pivoted away from the residential market into the commercial real estate space. We primarily worked with commercial real estate owners and property management companies to sell, market or highlight their properties. We do that not just through shooting, but also through our post-production services that creates high-quality and effective videos.
In 2018 we started our construction services which delivered visual job site progress photos and videos. We also provided 2D orthomosaic maps and 3D models for the use of inspections.
In 2021 we added our thermal imaging service to assist with search, rescue and inspection efforts.
In 2023 we added our Cinematic FPV service which propelled us in creating visual, engaging and creative stories. It became an added value to our commercial real estate property shoots.
Today we continue to deliver high-quality visuals that helps tell your story to your core audience. However, we also help businesses make decisions by providing critical, actionable data in a cost and time-efficient manner.
Certifications & Insurance
Our pilots are Part 107 certified by the Federal Aviation Administration. We also carry UAV insurance with the ability to provide our customers with a COI (Certificate of Insurance) upon request.
We are a DBE-certified business in the state of Georgia since 2017.
